Entire slip way off M1 onto A406 disintegrating., 29th April
This exit slipway from M1 to A406 is becoming a national disgrace. The entire surface, full width of left lane and approximately 30 to 40m in length had become dangerous. Surface breakup is more than 40mm in many places. Traffic tales back for over half a mile during rush hour on the inside lane as vehicles slow down to a bobbing crawl to get through this lunar landscape. Lanes 2 and 3 flow freely even although the have to give way to traffic on the Brent X main roundabout. Lane 1 is meant to be a free flowing slip road BUT isn't due to its damage. It's an embarrassment coming into the capital.

We have reported this issue since last year October. No action being taken. Twice someone cane and marked the area but NO ONE COMES TO REPAIR IT. Why can't someone take some responsibility and work. So many people are tripping over. Who is responsible for this. PLEASE TALK TO CONTRATOR TO NOT JUST MARK BUT REPAIR IT AS WELL.

120 colin Cres - black and blue bins stored permanently on street instead of inside boundary (front garden) causing a hazard to pedestrians / wheelchairs / buggies. I don’t know why the bin owners can’t put the bins on their property instead of leaving permanently out to block the pathway for users
