This item been left here for days now. Is metal cabinet. Because it hasn't been collected, other stuff have been added to it. Now a large cracked mirror is there. Mirror is cracked already. If that mirror cracks, it will became a health/safety hazard for residents that use this place for dumping the bags.

Humber road outside millennium business centre, 15th May
A mattress and bed furniture has been dumped onto the pavement blocking access. There’s also a couple of windows dumped on the road further down towards the Edgware Road opposite side of the road.
