Lots of litter dropped on night of 3/5/24. People Park at top of Wren Avenue, take drugs, using gas cannisters. They eat fast food and drink and dump the bottles and wrappings out of the car window. I know you will not be able to do anything about this but I am informing you of the situation nevertheless

5th floor Peascroft House block, 4th May
Reporting here as can’t activate tenant/leaseholder stuff on account (I am a renting tenant of a Leaseholder).
Fire door on 5th floor of Peascroft house - the one that leads to flats 28&29 at end of corridor - is broken. Appears tampered with since the Council-led kitchen renovations in flat 28 and now the slow closing mechanism of door isn’t working - have to manually pull and push it with force.

A plastic cover in the middle of the pavement is broken leaving a serious trip hazard. I accidentally stepped on it and twisted my ankle. It is easy to see someone suffering a more serious accident or injury.

Behind arrow electrical entrance on hassop road, 3rd May
BLOCKED DRAINAGE- alot of accumulated water which can risk flooding. there are holes everywhere. there is damaged roadside that urgently needs attending too. its really a disaster. would be appreciated

The corner of Minster and Fordwych Road, 3rd May
This junction, every day, is filled with angry drivers yelling expletives, stopping their cars midway out on the road, honking incessantly, and causing near-misses of accidents. Every day, multiple times a day, mostly between 8-10 and 4-6.
The reason is that Minster Road leads onto one of two bridges across the railroad tracks, down the minor road. But people don't want to wait on the minor road (Minster Road), so they aggressively accelerate onto the main road without wanting to wait. People honk at the people who do wait. People on the main road go too fast down the main road and nearly have accidents with the people on the minor road who don't want to wait anymore.
This means that the local residents have to listen to arguments, honking and near-misses of accidents every day, for at least 4 hours a day. I recommend sitting there and watching/listening to it yourself.
The junction needs a mini roundabout so that road users start giving way fairly, and this roadrage and the near misses can end. Please.

We have a major issue which is obstructing work. The area by the shutter is severely damaged and requires urgent attending to. Please send someone as soon as possible as we really need it sorted. Its got worse and worse in the last few weeks.

Pavement is cracked, an elderly lady tripped over. When you walk on the pavement water splurges out. The curb side also needs to be dropped as it’s cracked and always moves out of place. This has been like like for over a year I mentioned it on call to someone, but nothing ever happened, so I try move it the extremely heavy curb myself, which sometimes works
