Street constantly dirty with rubbish left all day and night, 14th May
As rubbish is left often then passers by add more rubbish and things are flying around street. The beggars are using the street to gather several times at day and leave a mess, feed pigeons, urinated on the floors, cause noise nuisance with fighting between them. Keep stolen things under the stairs to come back later for them.

Same car is often parked an idling through the night with driver inside car, 14th May
This particular driver park at all hours , today reporting at 3am could be 5am, 10pm, 12am etc While is parked for long periods throughout the night with engine on and have a radio on loud enough to disturb the quiet street and noises come inside our homes constantly. Other cars join driver late at night as well. Unnecessary disturbances if the person works around here. RE14 KRJ white car Audi with black side mirrors.
