Potholes still to fix in Fairlawn Avenue, 30th April
Potholes still to fix in Fairlawn Avenue after thermal resurface work. About 90% of the potholes have been addressed, but the southern ends of the resurfacing in the attached photo needs to be taken further south to cover the depressed road surface. Ditto for the areas marked in white. Why did Barnet not complete this as part of the recent works?

Road surface cracked and turning into a series of big potholes, 19th April
Potholes on Hampstead Lane. One pothole was covered 10m away from this area so unsure why the team from the council did not address this portion of the road as well to save time and money and do it all in one go.

Pothole covered on Hampstead Lane but continues to be a pothole as it wasn't covered properly, 19th April
This big pothole was "fixed" by the council but continues to be quite deep and can damage vechicles and be a hazard to cyclists. It is maybe not so visible from the photo but you can surely feel how deep it continues to be when the car's wheel hits this pothole.

A lot of potholes at the cross road between Norrice Lea and Chalton Drive, 18th April
Norrice Lea is full of potholes from one end to the other. The council recently fixed one pothole but they missed the other 20. I fail to understand, if the team comes to fix one pothole why they don't assess the entire road to save everyone time and effort.

Council workers/ Barnet homes, 17th April
Barnet Homes workers/contractors recently visited Basing Way but only spent a brief 5 minutes in the area before leaving without addressing the litter scattered around the estate, particularly at the back. This neglect is deeply frustrating for residents who have every right to expect a clean environment. It's clear that Barnet Homes is failing in their responsibility to maintain acceptable living conditions. The buildings haven't been cleaned inside for months, and it's evident that the contracted workers need better supervision to ensure the estate is kept clean. Taxpayers' money should be invested wisely, with a priority on cleanliness and maintenance. Immediate action is needed to clean the estate, including the communual areas inside the buildings, and picking up litter, around the estate. Rubbish bins must be placed in their designated areas instead of being left in the road, which only adds to the mess and deprives residents of parking spaces. It's crucial that the bins are placed correctly, as the attached photos evidenced the bins on the road. Urgent attention is required to address these issues.
Thank you in advance.
