Goswell Rd is currently in a very bad state. The whole needs resurfacing. I'm a London bus driver who drives the no.56 along Goswell Rd. The bumpy road makes journeys very uncomfortable for the passengers.

Waste dumped and scattered across Craig's Court, 2nd May
Commercial waste dumped in residential bins broken glass and filthy buckets dumped by pubs - Walkers old shades and silver cross - bin bags urine feces litter scattered on the pavement and/ at bt exchange entrance - why is this tolerated? when will the council do something about businesses who make profit from plying their trade on the pavement - especially Walkers- who seem to think the whole court belongs to them yet never clean anything and dump their waste with no regards for public health or hygiene!? stop tolerating this start fining them and control their blatant abuse of public space !

Abandoned damaged Mercedes, 2nd May
Has been here since December 2023. It's been reported multiple times, has been getting loads of parking tickets and nothing has been done. It's partly blocking the road, taking up a parking space, and making it really difficult to get into the space behind it. Why can't it just be removed?

Entrance to Red Lion Square, 2nd May
The new traffic calming at the entrance to the square is so steep and severe that it is a danger to cyclists. This morning the roads were wet and when turning into the square my bike hit the hump and skidded on the slippery surface. Fortunately, there were no vehicles behind me, otherswise the incident could have been more serious. The design needs to be reviewed and amended to make it safe for all users.

Loose Paving Slabs - Outside Sharpley Court, 1st May
Many loose slabs are along Pocock Street outside Sharpley Court, which is a health and safety hazard. I have previously reported loose paving slabs on Rushworth Street, which have still not been replaced. The paving in this area is terrible. It seems like the council will do nothing until someone gets hurt.

Rainwater pipe continuously floods the newly refurbished surface, 1st May
Dear Westminster City Council,
I am a resident of John Adam Street and pass by Villiers Street very frequently. The Villiers Street works improved the look & feel of the area significantly. Thank you for that.
I would like to bring your attention to a rainwater pipe located at the back of the Five Guys restaurant building facing John Adam Street. The rainwater pipe continuously floods the newly refurbished surface, please find attached pictures taken on a fairly dry day.
Please have a look at the situation and inspect the rainwater pipe – currently, there is no drainage and/or connection to the wastewater system. Therefore, the water always runs on the newly refurbished street.
This represents not only a health & safety issue due to wet and slippery surface, this is also very unaesthetic.
