Unauthorised parking, 18th April
Previous neighbours who use to live here and cause a lot of antisocial behaviour has come back and left a car on the disabled bay shared by 3 flat users and left the car not displaying a blue badge for the past few days. Through further investigation it has been reported that the person who has parked the car there has previously stolen cars. The car was seen being pushed rather than driven by residents and now being abandoned in front of my door step.

A lot of stones, 26th March
There are a lot of stones in and around the roundabout because of the many trucks that come in/out of the Camden Plant and Acciona next to the roundabout. There is also a lot of dust around this area because of it. I have also seen bricks on the road by the entrance to Lower Hall Lane. This is dangerous, especially when bricks are on the road as vehicles have to swerve around them and could cause an accident.

Public Spaces Protection Order Notices., 25th March
Still no reply to complaint sent 19 August 2021, again on 24 September 2021, on the 10 April 2022, on the 5 July 2023, again on 12 August 2023 and again on the 21 February 2024 (FixMyStreet ref: 5609993).
Here are two very small Public Spaces Protection Order Notices. The one at the end of Guildford Road is so high up it cannot be read. The other along the pathway (by the side of Wadham Bridge) is now smeared with black paint. Can something be done about these useless signs which nobody takes any notice of even if they could be read. We continue to have drug dealing gangs and unsociable behaviour in this particular area.

First reported on 1 December 2023 and again on Friday 26 January 2024 (FixMyStreet ref: 5496188.) that we have two street lights not working along pathway, alongside Wadham Bridge, end of Guildford Road. Fix My Street confirmed that these are the responsibility of Waltham Forest Council NOT TFL (ref 5273286). Still nothing has been done to rectify?

Again Fresh Graffiti on walls around Guildford Road, 25th March
As of today we again have fresh graffiti (including swear words) under Wadham Bridge, along the wall of the pathway (end of Guildford Road), including defacing mural on wall. Also on walls around Forest Community Centre, Guildford Road (Waltham Forest Council property). The previous graffiti has still NOT been removed despite being reported numerous times. Young children use this facility and this needs to be removed and a long-term solution found to stop it reoccurring. I keep reporting this - 26 January 2024 (FixMyStreet ref: 5496205) and 1 December 2023 (FixMyStreet ref: 5273272).
