Roadside planters/rain gardens still in disrepair, 29th April
I reported this on Mar 11 and was informed work would be complete in 4-6 weeks, however they have not been tended to and still feature vehicle refuse, rubbish, and broken/dead shrubs abandoned by care teams.

Fire hazard, 29th April
This fire hazard has NOT been fixed. There are large amounts of wooden furniture on the first floor (not ground floor) infront of a property in the communal walk way. I am scared that it will cause a fire and it is a breach of our tenancy rights.

A man fly tipped into our neighbours skip. The builders have removed the items from the skip and now they are on the pavement. They drove up and fly tipped on 25/04/24

Additional market day at Victoria Park market, 29th April
The Sunday market contributes to overcrowding, lots of rubbish along gore road, congestion on the road and lots of people parking and noise pollution. We were not consulted about adding another market day and this will have a negative impact on residents.

Park electric parking bay non electric car, 26th April
As there is shortage of charging fecility on this area people keep parking on electric parking bay and I struggle to charge my car . I believe you will take action so people will not park this bay any more . Thank you

Mattress under the bridge, 26th April
There’s been a mattress under the bridge for the guts of a week now. Pallets are constantly brought here to be dumped. Netil lane is full of broken wood with rusty nails which is a hazard.
