Drain cover lifted, Dangerous, 31st March
Drain cover has lifted. Council put barriers around it, barriers keep getting moved and vandalised, leaving it exposed for days/weeks. They come back put barriers in place, issue repeats. Why not fix the issue... or at least perform regular checks with the barriers?

No lights, 26th March
In my flat two lights not working. The first light which is on ground floor near the entrance to enter the flat. The second light which is on second floor which is near to our door entrance. So it is very dark on the stairs at night.

Back garden in my flat, 26th March
Our flat drain is blocked. We are living on the top floor (2nd floor) so dirty water just bursts out of the kitchen sink at random times. The smell is so bad. I reported to council yesterday. No one came back to clean. Please help us.

Live bus times are being displayed when the stop is closed, no one is taking notice of the hooded stop. Perhaps a message on the matrix screen mentioning the stop is closed will make people more aware.

Traffic lights phasing is faulty, 16th December
Phasing has messed up. Massive congestion both ways along High Street North. Plashet Grove gets ridiculously long green light. You are lucky if you get 5 cars through when coming from High Street North before it turns red for another long wait at red. Never used to be like this, please fix.

Damaged drain cover, 11th December
Square shaped drain near to Hermit Road bus stop M There is a damaged square shaped drain cover which makes a really loud noise when buses go over it and it's dangerous for cyclists. She has called Thames Water and they said it's not their responsibility. Newham Council have also said it's not their responsibility.
