In my flat two lights not working. The first light which is on ground floor near the entrance to enter the flat. The second light which is on second floor which is near to our door entrance. So it is very dark on the stairs at night.

Back garden in my flat, 26th March
Our flat drain is blocked. We are living on the top floor (2nd floor) so dirty water just bursts out of the kitchen sink at random times. The smell is so bad. I reported to council yesterday. No one came back to clean. Please help us.
