Mountain view/close, 21st September
Every day there is a car or van parked here, it is simultaneously on a junction ,a bend and on the pavement , this makes it extremely difficult for anyone trying to get down the street, turn around or get in and out of their driveway. It is inconsiderate and a nuisance, if you don't have space to park on your own property, don't own so many vehicles.

Dangerous junction with Cycle Route, 18th April
The new cycle route (multi-use path) along the A550 Wrexham Road crosses a number of junctions without clear markings showing the continuation of the cycle path (e.g. coloured markings on the road, or 'elephant footprints').
The junction with Kinnerton Lane is the most dangerous as it is wide junction with sweeping kerbs, cyclists or pedestrians continuing along the cycle path should (according to the Highway Code, clarified in Jan 2023) be given priority to cross the junction but cars will struggle to see a cyclist/pedestrian and may turn in at speed.
The design guidance for active travel gives several examples of how a junction like this should be designed, such as with a set-back give-way line and a 'table top' junction but at the least there should be continuity of the cycle (multi-use) path across these junctions through road markings.
At the moment the markings do not make it clear who has priority (car on main road turning in or cyclist/pedestrians continuing on route) and there is significant risk that someone will cross the road (as per the Highway Code) and a car will turn in thinking they had priority and that the pedestrian/cyclist would stop.
