A cone is covering an open drain on Nightingale Crescent, outside number 31. The cone is upright and protruding about a foot into the road. Underneath the cone you can see that the drain hole cover is missing and another cone has been pushed upside down into the open drain. This is a hazard to road users and pedestrians, as well as preventing the drain from adequately allowing water through. This has been present for about 3 weeks, since mid-April.

Outside number 41 Nightingale Crescent, 16th May
A drain cover has been removed outside 41 Nightingale Crescent. A traffic cone has been placed into the open drain with a bag of sand on top, in order to weigh the cone down. The cone has now been pushed so far into the open drain that it is blocking the drain, preventing water to run through. Also this is creating an uneven road surface and a hazard for road users and pedestrians. It has been a problem for several weeks - since about mid-April.

The property is not well maintained and the trees are now growing over the paths. The car on the driveway to the property hasn’t moved for years and neighbours are growing increasingly concerned about rodents around the property. We are unsure as to whether someone even lives there. The property may be empty.

Water is running off Road into gutter, overflowing the kerb, flowing down the pavement into our property.
When it stops raining it will take approx 24 hours to soak away.
I am aware that there is an open issue, but the gentleman from highways asked me to report issue whenever it occurred.

Footway along Kingsley Road, Lincoln, 10th May
Vegetation and soil is severely restricting the usable width of the footway. This has been like this for months.
The footway design width is 1.8m but this has been reduced to less than 50% in some areas by the vegetable and earth making it hazardous for wheelchair users.

The cutting between birchwood ave and winthorpe close, 10th May
Pothole/sinkhole appeared somepoint between 8am and 5pm. appears short when looking directly down but underneath the top surface has caved away. the deepest part is about 21 inches but the part you can see was about 6 inches.

Hi same problem tree growing when they first come out told me should not near building and should not be there every year grows and every year get cut back then get told should not grow back. Think the bushes not helping next to it if that go's my stop from growing. Sometime grow over path.
