Sight of fly tipping in progress, 28th February
Drivers car was blocking road. As I slowed down he was gathering stuff from inside the car and threw a number of items across the road and into the ditch. He saw me and held up a hand and in his rush several of the items ended up in the middle of the road before he drove off.
