Emergency vehicle access stopped, 8th April

Mon, 08 Apr 2024 20:11:57 +0100
52.594924 -0.677434

As village secretary it's fallen to me to help this situation . In Church Lane, Glaston refuse vehicles often cannot exit Church Lane onto the A47 due to vehicles parked on the end of the lane. Likewise emergency vehicles can't access the elderly on this lane too. We need double yellow lines for the first 3 or 4 metres. Please advise. Thank you.

The Speed Notification/Warning Sign is not working correctly, 8th April

Mon, 08 Apr 2024 14:13:54 +0100
52.594213 -0.681352

The sign does not accurately measure the speed of vehicles as they enter the 30mph zone in Glaston and is therefore no use at present. It needs recalibrating so that it records the correct speed of vehicles as they enter the village.
