It looks like somebody has been washing a car, which is what we thought it was in the first place. It is however constantly leaking, suggesting something under the road has a hole in it.

Large pothole on public path, 21st April
These potholes have slowly extended over the past year due to the cold weather in previous years. It's becoming quite a hazard now as this is outside our property and we regularly see members of the public trip over it.
The main area is where we reverse our cars. It's becoming loose debris.

Road destroyed and so dangerous., 16th April
This road is all but destroyed and my car could have been written off. Burst my tyre.
Had no way of avoiding it. Be very careful in the dark. Full of water so the extent not known but very deep.
This needs fixing URGENTLY.
Sat nav directed me back to Morcott this way.

Branch blown off chestnut tree - branches cleared but need removing, 16th April
Large branch was blown off chestnut tree in the wind last night. Location is on bend as you enter Wing from the west. Branch and road now all clear but remaining pile of branches on verge needs removing (see photo)

Mud deposited on road, 24th January
For at least 3 weeks a large amount of mud has been left on the road. There has been no attempt to clear it. This single track road, Wing Lane has a 60 mph speed limit and a partially obscured crossroads, the approach to which is covered in mud. The presence of this mud is both a nuisance and a danger to other road users.

Sign worn away, 2nd December
The SLOW marking on the road, outside the Village Hall, just be before the road narrows has almost completely worn away causing unfamiliar driver to enter the restricted space at speed into oncoming traffic

The drains on Top Street between Middle St and Reeves Lane have been failing for a long time, 24th November
The water that comes from the land at City Yard should drain into the drainage system on Top Street. For a couple years the drains have been failing and I imagine the old Victorian network has crumbled and is no longer fit for purpose. This is causing the water to continually drain into our land at The Old Hall. The garden and driveway are permanently flooded. It is undermining trees and a wall which has now partly fallen down.

Street light outside Manor Farm Barns out, 9th October
This street light has been out for over 10 days. It makes access to jetty and that part of Church Street very dark as the Church Street end of the Jetty has no street light.

Wood and gravel on footpath, 11th September
The footpath runs behind farmers store.
The back of the store has broken and a large amount of wood spilled onto the footpath. This is in danger of fully collapsing onto the footpath. If that happens when a walker is passing it will be pretty ugly.
Additionally, there is a pile of rubble flowing onto the footpath next to the wood store
