Bin has been hit by a vehicle and has lifted the cement out of the ground, which is now causing a trip/cut hazard, plus bin could fall over. It’s next to the phone box which houses the village Defib.

Pinfold lane No 2 - 20. Random tarmac filling of pot holes, 19th March
There are extensive potholes along Pinfold Lane, There has been an attempt to fill in some of the potholes, but extensive pot holes remain as indicated in the attached photographs. The quality of the attempt to fill in some pot holes is questionable. The edge of the tarmac has not been sealed with a seam, and the edges of the filling tarmac is already crumbling and will be hastened by rain and potential over night frost.

Blocked drain outside 29 Main Street, 14th March
Water not going down and overflowing during heavy rain. Now its dry water is sitting about 10 cm from top of drain. It was cleared out about a week ago. It was fine before the clear out. Lots of mud and silt can be seen

Storm drain blocked and overflowing on footpath behind Redland Close causing a large stream of water to run onto and flood Main Street. Of particular concern when icy as the water is pooling on the highway . Water is constantly running .

High volume of water has damaged manhole cover, 12th February
The torrential, high volume of water flowing out of this manhole cover has damaged the cover and washed away concrete it’s sitting in. The high volume of water is flowing from Wakerley Road down Tipping Lane and onto Main Street. The water is eroding the verge on the public highway and flooding a residents garden in Dovecote Close.

2Drains Blocked in Church lane, 12th February
Church Lane takes the surface water from most of Barrowden Village. 2 drains are blocked here causing flooding to properties in Church Lane. These have previously been reported but obviously require jetting as previous work has not solved the problem
