Broken road surface - holes, loose gravel and noisy manhole cover, 22nd January
Contractors from Yorkshire water "repaired" the area around these metal covers in October 2023 (just 3 months ago), but the surface has already broken up again. The manhole cover rocks when vehicles drive over (you can hear it) and the surface is now dangerous again for bicycles. The surface started breaking up again before Christmas but recent cold/wet conditions mean that it is getting worse quickly.

Street light not working in Beverley Rise for the last four weeks, 28th February
Street light not working opposite the Bungalow -2 Beverley Rise(where a vulnerable old lady lives.) . This street light is absolutely essential as it is pitch dark and makes it unsafe for residents and cars turning onto Beverley Rise from Dale View.

Large water leak from under tarmac running down road. Appears to be a further leak/bubble in Road surface, 12th September
There was a small leak last week from a crack in the road surface. This is now significantly worse with a river of water flowing down the road. It could be sprint water from the moor, but it’s coming from under the road surface.

Safety island, 3rd May
Please would you consider a safety island for road crossing at this position. It is the 'desire line' route from the Grove to the park, but you have to sprint across the road to get across and it is not safe for pedestrians. The nearest crossing point is quite far aware.

Parking ticket trap, 3rd May
Please can you make the disabled parking signage clearer at this location and add ground markings. This location is a cash cow for your parking fines. I constantly see cars parking here and buying a parking ticket in good faith, without noticing the tiny disabled bay parking sign. The ticket inspector then tickets them.
