Incorrect road sign!, 28th October
Sharp bend chevron warning sign has been erected incorrectly!! At present, drivers heading towards Ilkley see the sign pointing left, yet the road bends to the right! The sharp left sign should in fact be facing drivers coming FROM Ilkley warning them of a very sharp left bend by the ghyll. Please correct this mistake and change the sign.

2 armchairs 'dumped', 5th July
I'm part of the Wharfedale Wombles and often litter-pick this area (disposable bbq's are common) - but today I saw that somebody has left a couple of proper armchairs there! It's just after the path entrance from the Greenholme Mills development into the woods - there is a little inlet/beach area down to the left about 50yds along the path.

Probable unauthorised obstruction on the highway, 14th May
Huge boulders on the highway near Heather Bank Barn on Hillings Lane, Menston.
These are obstructing free passage along the highway for walkers and causing a hazard for road users in this extremely narrow area of highway.
Surely they are an obstruction under The Highways Act (section 137?) And need to be removed ASAP.

Stone Boulders and a stone boulder with house name on it., 28th March
Stone boulders placed in private lay-by but they make the already narrow road very narrow to negotiate. House name also placed on large stone boulder which juts out into the road. A waiting disaster.

Lay by is not proactively managed, 17th March
The council bin from the lay by was removed at the end of last year. Our (neighbouring area) litter pick team routinely fill bags of litter from here with a 500% increase in rubbish.
Leeds City Council please do the right thing and proactively manage this litter. Help us keep our environment litter free
