Litter bin requires attention, 12th April
Requires emptying. bagged and also loose Rubbish is spilling over and strewn around the bin. It's in a remote location in Lay by beyond the edge of the village. First noticed on 6th April in this condition.

Deep pothole , 19th January
Situation - about 150 m from entrance to Stockeld Park. A deep pothole approx 1 m from western kerb - right in the general flow of Harrogate-bound traffic. This hole is about 6 ins square and likely to cause serious damage to suspension and tyres if hit at speed.

Speed Limit, 29th April
The stretch from Nichols Lane to the Spofforth village speed limit (30 mph) sign is 60 mph andvery dangerous.It is only aquestion of when a serious accident will happen.The real problem is people accelerating and overtaking coming out of the village colliding with residents exiting Nichols Lane.
At he very least it should be double continuos white centre ines.
Ideally the 30mph limit would be extended beyond Nichols Lane
