We have below people parking in keep clear spaces at front the bloke who has the red car in driveway also has 2 other cars in the keep clear area covered up, He's also put up few notices and has ago when people park outside of his or to drop deliveries or someone off don't know who on earth he thinks he is as he doesn't own the street that keep clear is for emergency services only ridiculous how people park round here even on paths we have emailed in before not hurd much back and think sanctuary housing have too. I shall be emailing the DVLA as not sure if road taxed and that. There are driveways and garages people just think can do what they want.

Impossible to park safley on Baildon Place, 13th December

Wed, 13 Dec 2023 21:39:23 +0000
53.827451 -1.452623

The number of parked cars on Baildon Place on both sides of the road has increased exponentially over the past couple of years, people who do not live in the street such as those on Baildon Drive-Baildon Green are also parking cars in Baildon Place, Is it possible to issue permits to residents of Baildon Path and Baildon Place to allow safe parking in Baildon Place? Perhaps the answer is to remove the Grassed areas that serve no purpose yet cost money to maintain ie regular grass-cutting service that has to be paid for by the taxpayer the money saved could be used to issue permits and pay for the grassed areas to be turned into suitable parking area.

Parks on the grass verge and blocks disabled access and the pathway for pedestrians and prams. There isn't enough spaces in the street for everyone. Either parks of the verge of the grass or blocking pathway. His van takes up 2 spots for residents, and his car another. There is aassibe car park two streets down where he could park his van/bus but would rather do the above.

Destruction of Hedgerow and new road entrance, 27th September

Tue, 27 Sep 2022 08:48:38 +0100
53.832187 -1.399663

The landowner on Rakehill Road who owns the field on the southern side of the road immediately after the small commercial holding at the bottom of the Boyle, see attached photo, has torn down a hedge and made a new entrance into the field off the road which, as far as I know in light of the drainage ditch it crosses, is not a re-establishment of an old entrance and as far as I am aware there was no planning permission sought for this. It is further and unncecssary destruction of nature in the countrysinde. The filed is an agricultural field which has been divided up to be let to several horseowners. As far as I know there is nothing wrong with this as far as change of use is concerned as I do not think that the people who keep ther horses there ride them but I am disgusted by the unnecessary destriction of a well established hedgerow and trees which were in this location.
