Safety surface has disintegrated., 2nd April
Where the road goes from 40mph to 30mph on the edge of the village, there is a 30 painted on the road inside a red strip of tarmac. This red surface is dangerously disintegrated especially at the kerb side with many deep ruts and holes where wheels run over. It also means that pieces of the road frequently flick up, hitting cars and walls…..and due to the pedestrian pavement running next to the road, these can hit people too. This needs urgent attention.
