Not enough signage, 9th April
On the way to askam there is roadworks that are just behind a bend. There is minimum road signs and no big signs telling people to slow down. The speed limit for this road is 60mph. However, most people exceed this limit and I see this daily. I would also like to state the road is downhill which naturally increases speed and reduces stopping as quick. I have been at the lights on various occasions and other road users have put there hazards on as it feels as though people are going straight in the back of you.

The route across the front of my driveway has a lot of mud and the path is used by children going to school!, 9th April

Driveway covered in mud because of overflowing manhole, 9th April
Over the last year or so my drive way has been flooding ever since the road drain was altered and a man hole installed in the road at the end of my drive way. The man hole has lifted and it could be a tripping hazard ! Plus the drive way is now covered in mud , my neighbor who has pedestrian access and I have to walk through. Please get someone to look at it.

Blocked drains, 5th January

Large Deep pot hole, 5th August
This pot hole as become deep and impossible to go around if there is on coming traffic. It resulted in two of my tyres popping when driving over it as I was unable to avoid it due to on coming vehicles.

5 bar manhole now has a pothole around it., 6th December
Large unavoidable (blind bend) pothole opening around a manhole cover. It's a tyre shredder with the metal exposed and angular edges. Biked home from work today, went down it. Fortunately I rode it out with some outrageous bike handing skills. Please fix, not everyone posses such skill.

9inch pot hole, 10th December
Been filled once but after constant use by vehicles becomes a deep pot hole. When it fills with rain water you don't know it's there. Had to check my undercarriage for damage.

Pavement size and speed of heavy traffic on school route, 8th January
The speed of cars is really concerning. We live at Glen Garth and directly outside our house the police have had to attend two accidents in recent years involving cars mounting the pavement and crashing into the wall/hedging. It's a school route footpath and thankfully no one injured on these occasions. It's an A road and thus has heavy traffic use. The pavement in places is very narrow, many cars and wagons speed and as stated earlier it's the only route to Ireleth school. And Askam school which is where my two go. I understand it's a difficult situation to address but given the options I would ask if it's possible to have an assessment. Perhaps fencing along parts of the pavement or permanent speed cameras could be given serious consideration. I'd be so grateful for some input. Dog fouling - serious problem, 22nd January
Dog Fouling problem in the front & back street - Sharp Street. Large amounts of dog foul has been found/dumped on residents front door steps & back yards, the dog foul has also been all over the back street. This is due to people letting their dogs roam alone around the village & lack of taking them out on a lead. The Issue has been getting worse since November 2014.
