Incorrect information on matrix sign, 16th November
The matrix sign just before the Jct 33 exit southbound on the M6 has said for weeks that it takes 18 minutes to get to Jct 32 via the A6. This is totally impossible, it's more like 30 minutes. I have no idea why this sign has been like this for so long, but it is very misleading and could cause increased traffic on the A6 for no reason.

Traffic chaos, 12th September
You can NOT do this again every weekend this month. Shutting down the entire SB m6 us unconcionable. 10+ hours and a wholly inadequate LACK of on road warning and an abysmal ‘diversion’ incapable of handling the volume of traffic. PLEASE rethink your plans.

Closure of the M6 at Lancaster for entire weekends, 11th September
I am appalled that it is considered necessary to divert an entire motorway for whole weekends through a town with a one way system. The whole city has been gridlocked and it is causing utter chaos. I urge this issue to be rectified and an alternative solution sought. It is unaccepted that this chaos will continue for the most of the month of September.

Dangerous road closure, 11th September
Completely unacceptable in a planned road closure to have vehicles in traffic upwards of 9 hours, to move 3 miles. The A6 and Lancaster cannot cope with the traffic being re routed. This means even if you avoid the motorway you are still massively impacted in the local area even trying to get a mile down the road to a shop. Babies, elderly, livestock, dogs all stuck for unacceptable lengths of time yesterday with no chance for refreshments, toilet etc. People without baby milk, food, medication, fuel. As no signage getting onto the motorway and inaccurate signage on the gantries, people continued to join. Google maps also showing it as open even today.

Cars parked close to junction, 20th July
Coming out of Armitage Way, turning right, there are frequently cars parked on the corner of Stoney Lane and Armitage Way, making it very difficult to see ongoing traffic. There is a parking bay further down the road on Stoney Lane, but this is often full. Not entirely sure why there are so many cars parked here, but that aside, I think double-yellow lines are required on the corner of Stoney Lane and Armitage Way to prevent parked cars obscuring the view.
