Back derby road again full of rubbish, 20th April
This is supposed to be a back road and I use it daily on my bike however this is a ongoing issue rubbish being dumped broken glass building waste poured down drains, strong smell of dog muck, overgrown bushes bins left out all the time and now there is 1 or 2 vehicles who have started parking down the alley behind 2 earl street/78 Derby Road As a result I have come off my bike at least once and also got punctures from the broken glass

Rubbish everywhere, 28th November
Dumped by 34 Pinfold after a "clear out" where they filled everyone's bins and just dumped it out in the alleyway. Happens every month. Getting ridiculous now. Please send someone to clean. Would do it myself but there is drug paraphernalia and God know what else so not touching it. Clearly identifiable addresses on the rubbish.

Fly tipping/use of bins, 20th November
Bin full of rubbish dumped in the middle of the alley way. Clearly labeled 34 Pinfold Lane with addresses in the rubbish pile. Bins full from their yard clear out so used others from different properties without asking. Possibly dumped out by the owner of the bin who could used those bin because of this. Alleyway is a constant rubbish dump and a real eye sore and attracts rats. Not the first time this has happened or been reported. Always the same address.

Trees are so overgrown they block all light from the lamppost, 7th October
The trees are so overgrown that our cul de sac gets no light at all in the evening and it is pitch black at night. Also the branches are so big it is scary when it is windy because they look like they could break off
