Fly tipping/use of bins, 20th November
Bin full of rubbish dumped in the middle of the alley way. Clearly labeled 34 Pinfold Lane with addresses in the rubbish pile. Bins full from their yard clear out so used others from different properties without asking. Possibly dumped out by the owner of the bin who could used those bin because of this. Alleyway is a constant rubbish dump and a real eye sore and attracts rats. Not the first time this has happened or been reported. Always the same address.
