Blocked grid causing road to flood, 6th February
Crag Lane floods every time it rains due to grid being blocked. The flood hides some significant sized pot holes that are bad enough to cause tyre and suspension damage. At worse the floods are over an average cars door sill.

Several large pot holes on both sides of the road. Largest ones close to the road junction, getting smaller as you get further down Crag lane. Pot holes can't be avoided. Road floods when it rains, so pot holes can't be seen most of the time.

There are an ever-increasing number of potholes in the roads around the hamlet of Field Broughton. These are deep and can cause punctures and other damage. All of the holes have been reported again and again and nothing ever happens. Please can something be done about them

Cafe tables have been placed on the public highway, 29th September
The Mallard Tearoom have placed large picnic tables on the public highway without permission from the council for them to be there. Other businesses are now following suit and are placing advertising signs on the highway.

The owner of 'cartmel square' cafe always positions her A-board either on the carriageway or in the public parking space on the road outside her property. This causes an obstacle to vehicles and pedestrians, but she says she will not move it "until the owners of the Priory Hotel and the Mallard Tea Rooms move their signs and tables of the road too".

This pot hole is dangerous and is straight in the path of vehicles, cyclists and pedestrians. It is continually being repaired but the repair only lasts a week or so. Please can this pothole be repaired properly.

Dangerous pothole 130mm deep x 500mm x 400mm, 6th November
This is a very dangerous deep pothole for pedestrians, cyclists and motorists alike. Very difficult to see especially when full of water. This pothole has been filled numerous times and most recently only a few days ago! However, whatever cheap fix was done has not worked and has already failed! Why can't potholes be repaired properly like they used to be?
