Repairs have been attempted, but they haven’t worked. A much wider area needs repairing to make this safe. It’s a poorly lit dark corner of a road, causing a particular hazard to cyclists as they can’t see these when going round the bend.

Dangerous *Creek Road meets Bridge Road, E/M, KT8 9DE, 5th April
I live by the roundabout where *Creek Road meets the extension of Bridge Road, East Molesey, Surrey KT8 9DE. Just before Christmas, 2023, I was crossing by the roundabout in *Creek Road, when a car signalled to turn into Queens Reach where I actually live but instead of turning into Queens Reach CAME STRAIGHT AT ME! I shouted ‘Signals’! but needless to say the car drove straight off! I appealed to ‘Highways’ at Surrey County Council (SCC) twice and my request for ’traffic calming’ at the roundabout was apparently ‘logged’. Of course, no further word! It is an amazing fact that ‘Highways’, SCC, are expending an enormous amount of money, preparation and time to build a pedestrian crossing for the local School but no help being given to me to try and save a life in Creek Road, East Molesey, Surrey KT8 9DE!
