Dar al zaad taking up too much foot path, 26th April
Have been taking up foot path morning and night for months. Have seen people have to go in the road etc. when you come around the corner of idmiston you will be lucky if you do not walk in to something or trip over an abandoned pallet. What are the rules? Surely they are not allowed to use all of the pavement?

Outside no. 30 Garth Road are 2 loose paving slab, 19th April
These paving slabs are loose because the tree in the tree pit blew down in November 2023. I have asked for a replacement tree but have heard nothing. When vehicles park in the edges of the slabs they force the other side of the slab up, causing a trip hazard

Dar al zaad customer parking, 13th April
Ongoing for months now, parking in our street has become a nightmare. Even turning in to the road, always chaos caused by customers. They park in disabled spots (not disabled) on double yellows leaving no space for pedestrians. They even park on the main malden road, either in the road on double yellows or even fully on the pavement. No traffic warden in site.

Double parking at the top of the road on double yellow lines, 11th April
Foe several months now & while I am very pleased that the new shop at the Plough is doing well I am disappointed with the selfish way customers are double parking at the top of Idmiston road because they are too lazy to park either further down or in the car park opposite or in the layby. There have been several instances where cars turning from Malden road into Idmiston Road have met a car coming up Idmiston Road and there has been complete chaos in both roads as now everyone is stuck. It needs the yellow lines to become a red route to stop the illegal parking and CCTV cameras to capture offenders. The ocassional traffic warden is not enough or the 3 car parking spaces the shop can provide. I would appreciate your comments.
