This restaurant has a overflowing waste bin & it's been happening for years now & I'm sick of picking up their rubbish & trying to keep the outside looking half decent, I've reported this many times but nothing happens, I thought that industrial waste bins are supposed to be kept locked for obvious reasons; do I really have to contact my local MP about this, Do something please it makes the place look rough.

Graffiti on walls around entrance/exit to A3, 27th April
There is some new Graffiti and I would also like to suggest that there is becoming quite a patchwork of paint which seems just to encourage new tags. A good pressure wash of this area and future cleaning will reduce the incidence. There used to be loads of Graf here 20 years ago and then very little until recently as it was pressure washed regularly and this discouraged new tags.
