Unnecessary three way traffic lights for a small area and side road used for builders, causing tailbacks all the way past west byfleet and into Woking recycling depo. 15min journey is taking 1.5hrs. At time of taking photos at 9:40 am there were no workers on site.

The access gate to m25 drainage ditch has been knocked over. General public can bow access the dangerous over flow pond and also have free access to get up into the m25 banking. Binmen removed the litter bin from New Haw Lock Car Park, 15th February
When the binmen emptied the litter bins at New Haw Lock Car Park, Byfleet Road, KT15 3JQ, this morning they took one of the bins away with them.
Could you please arrange for the missing bin to be replaced.
There is always a high volume of rubbish at this location and one bin is not enough.
