Sewage discharge, 22nd April
There is sewage discharge coming from a septic tank one of the houses at Black park that back on to Craigphadrig Wood. This is a health and safety issue for people, pets and wildlife that use the woods for exercise on a daily basis. This issue should be addressed and rectified asap.

Car parking needed for recreational users of this area also a path to gain access to A82 and cemetery, 9th August
No parking available for walkers and bikers that come from all over to use the woods etc there are two areas that could be made into carparks. I believe this is a necessity as it is getting worse every week and really Is not safe. A path was also promised by Robertson Director (Think he has left now) from our housing area down the back towards cemetery- said it would have natural play spaces along the Walking route- we don’t want to have to wait another ten years for this to be completed as well as the play park and shop we have been promised

Lack of parking and no pavement, 9th August
The new road that has been created by Robertson’s after a long time of waiting is really wonderful BUT the number of parked cars lining the side of the street for people walking and mountain biking etc is very dangerous just a accident waiting to happen, when the road was in the early stages we had a meeting with Robertson’s and during that, mentioned to them that perhaps a parking areas should be created possibly at the old quarry as that would hold quite a few cars.. but nothing was done. Also a pavement would be very good going down the new road as many locals walk their dogs or need to get to the crematorium that way and it’s a very dangerous walk

Road and Pavement being blocked due to NO designated parking, 8th August
Cannot pass with pushchairs or wheelchairs due to robertsons and HC failing to provide parking for recreational users. Cant blame the visitors , its down to robertsons trying to cram as many houses into a space t maximise profit, about time HC took notice of their council tax payers instead of the developers handing them sweeteners to build as they like!

Why not designate this area for parking?, 8th August
This scrub land behind Ruighard place could be hardcored and designated for parking for visitors along with the old road below that could be graded and used as parking as well instead of robertsons using it as a dump. The instant a vehicular or pedestrian accident happens on this new stretch of road robertsons and HC are going to feel a world of hurt going through the courts and I can promise it will be more costly to seal with than it would to actually provide some off street parking for recreational users.

Parking and footpath, 8th August
This road is so dangerous with parked cars visiting the pond and mountain bike tracks. Close call on more than one occasion. It badly needs extra parking up by the pond and a proper pedestrian path adjacent to the road leading down towards cemetry. Accident waiting to happen
