Pothole the size of a bin lid, approx 4-5 inches deep and is often concealed under surface water, 28th December
This pothole is extremely large and deep and is often obscured by surface water. Several residents of the village of Garmouth have no sustained damages to their vehicles due to unwittingly hitting the hole. It has been present for at least 6-8 weeks. Other lesser potholes on the same stretch of road have been repaired since this one became a problem. I have been informed by a local resident that they have already reported the issue direct to Moray Council

Very deep pothole, 21st December
Large pothole extremely deep posing danger especially to cycle or motorcyclists it will burst tyre if struck by these vulnerable road users

No Street lighting from Dolphin centre to Spey Bay golf club, 16th February
Last night I observed that the street lighting had failed in Spey Bay. It was ok when first entering Spey Bay but once you get to the golf club all the lights were out all along the road to the Dolphin centre.

Serious Accident Waiting to Happen, 16th April
It is physically impossible for cars to turn right or left at this junction (and others in Kingston) without edging into Beach Road causing potential hazzard. Mirror or other solution required at this junction. Caution and warning signs on speed are essential. Speeding on Beach Road is prevelent and will result in serious injury or death if not addressed by Council. No roadmarkings or speed signs have been renewed or replaced in this area in years.

Damage to road surface, 1st March
2 large pothole, which due to the narrow road are impossible to avoid and are like to result in damage to vehicle/s.
Some potholes in Burnside Road have been repaired but they appear to have stopped before reaching this area.
