Broken road sign at a104 Woodford high road waterworks roundabout to a406, 25th October
This road sign has been broken for a few years now. There are also a number of discarded barriers/a frames/sand bags etc at each exit. Please can this be investigated. It is also a prime littering spot - could “litter cam” cctv be used to fine offenders?

Street lights on pedestrian path not working, 6th October
The pedestrian path between Grove Hill and Woodford New Road has no working lighting. This makes it feel very unsafe at night. The alternative is walking on the slip road to the A406 which is also very dangerous.
