Graffiti and fly tipping, 27th March
Once again I find myself having to report the same problem the containers on Thomas more road have been broken into and rubbish scattered all over the field I have in formed the owners who came down looked at the mess and then went ,this has gone on for long enough now I want the council to take action and remove these containers they are covered in graffiti and are a bloody eyesore and a constant source of trouble with kids climbing on them and jumping on them making a hell of a noise

Dirty highway, 20th March
Hello, could you clean both sides of the A63 clive sullivan way please??? Recently I had to replace my car windscreen x2 as stone flown into windscreen, when lorries passing all the dust and stones comes like the cloud behind it... can i claim money back now for damaged windscreen?

Constant littering and fly tipping, 26th February
Littering and fly tipping, it's been happening for years and enough is enough. I'm now working from home and noticing it a lot more. There really needs to be street cleans in the area regularly and street bins.
There is regularly discarded old furniture and old fencing rubbish of all kinds dumped on the street and in shared passage ways. White Street, HU35PS. Hawthorn avenue area.

Potholes and road joint on Priory Way, Hessle, 22nd February
RPT588609229 I have to say I am disappointed with your response, i.e “not requiring repair”. I’m not sure if you inspected the correct location. If you did, I suggest you try driving over it (in a car) to appreciate the severity of the holes and defects. I include some photos to illustrate. This section of road has been deteriorating for a few years but has got worse during the recent road alterations.

Proposed Telegraph Pole install., 27th December
There is 38 residents down Oribi Close. None have been consulted about the poles. The first we knew was a rash of signs which were posted early this month (December 2023) informing us of the intended install by Connexin. The majority, if not all of the residents are against the installation as there is a buried conduit alternative, provided by a company called MS-3. Also the telegraph poles would have a negative visual effect on our lovely estate. Please advise and fix this potential problem. Kind regards.

All along this road rain water not draining away ……due to weeds at side of road / drainage not adequate., 9th December
All along this road …Clive Sullivan way the Rain water is pooling on the carriage way ….. last night had to straddle the carriage way it was that bad and this morning big pools of water . Drainage need sorting ….and overgrowth of weeds need cutting back. While I’m here …the litter needs picking up as well . Thanks

Crossing turns into a sheet of ice, 6th December
Every winter when it frosts over these crossing markers turn into sheets of ice. The photos were taken Monday morning. There was no ice or frost anywhere else but on these. At least two elderly residents have fallen and injured themselves. Children and other adults have also fallen. There is no grip what so ever. They are supposed to alert people with poor eye sight that there is a crossing but anyone who stands on it will end up on the floor. A lot of people have started walking around them (on the road to avoid them). They are a danger to life and limb and need replacing with something safer.

Parking grass verge and blocking crossing, 4th December
Vans, cars. Parking on grass verges causing damage. Also the crossing is been blocked from pedestrians seeing whats happening on the road which is close to a school and potentialy dangerous for pedestrians even worse at school times
