Noise nuisance from motor bikes, 4th September
Every night from 9pm onwards until about 3am, there are several youths on motor bikes racing up and down Orchard Park Road. The silencers have been removed to make the engines sound as noisy as possible. They also continuously beep their horns. It is impossible to achieve a proper nights sleep. Afraid to approach them to be quiet as afraid of retribution.

Cycle tyres rear if number 13 Orniscourt, 5th May
Three weeks ago HCC waste operatives cleared a pile of rubbish from outside this property, during the night about 30 cycle wheels appeared outside this property, a week or so later the scrap metal people removed the tyres, took all the wheels, leaving the tyres behind. Children are throwing the tyres onto garage roofs, into people's gardens & around the court, l believe one of our neighbours collected them all up and put them back where they came from, they are causing problems for residents who park their cars along there.

Now the abandoned car has been removed, the photos taken on Friday 9/4/21 shows a mattress, contaminated bin and other rubbish, over the weekend more rubbish has appeared including another contaminated bin plus some sort of builders rubbish! Added to the 2 contaminated bins at the side fence of number 11 Orniscourt which where originally reported last year outside number 13 Orniscourt (moved overnight to there current position early hours one morning in December last year!) also 2 wide screen tvs, metal poles of some description, another contaminated bin all outside number 12 Orniscourt, then a door laid against then fence of number 13 Orniscourt, our area resembles a tip! I already go out and pick rubbush up both to the front and rear of my property, then recycle into my own bins, but l am afraid l can't do anything else but report this lot! Please can something be done about this!

Contaminated brown & green wheelie bins 12 Orniscourt, 15th December
I reported these 2 contaminated bins back in March 2020, Originally they where outside number 13 Orniscourt, after several more reports by myself and other residents, someone contacted me, he said he would visit the site, he would also have them removed, also if needed, he would send letters to the residents but l never heard anymore from him. Then about 3 weeks ago l was awakend at about 2am by the noise of bins being moved around, l could just make out a hooded figure in dark clothing dragging these bins and leaving them outside number 11 Orniscourt, the residents of number 11 are a bed ridden 88 year old man and his daughter, who is his carer, they have carers coming three times a day, plus regular call outs to the Ambulance service, these bins are in they way! My husband moved them from their back gate to allow entry into the property, The daughter was getting in touch with the council to ask for them to be taken away! Please please please can someone do something about these bins? They are heavy and they stink They are restricting parking, the refuge operatives used to look inside them but they don't bother now! How much longer will they be left? Urgent attention is needed to rectify this problem please! Thank you
