Numerous deep potholes westbound between South Cave and M62 jct 38, 4th March
Numerous large deep potholes across both lanes of A63 over perhaps 300m of the road. If a motorcycle hits them there will be a fatality. Needs repairing immediately. Has been like it for weeks but gradually getting worse. Please sort it ASAP.

Works van blxoking the full pavement when parked on the drive, also blocking hydrant on footpath, 10th December
The van is parked in such a way the children have to walk into the road to get around the van, to which you cant physically see around the van until you are on the road, there is sufficient road parking for the vehicle, it also partially blocks a dropped kerb which is shared access, is also parked inches from the house, fears if it was to catch fire would cause catastrophic damage, issue has been present for several months now

Street lamp replacement, 7th December
Work has not been completed to refill the hole left by the removal of the Old Street lamp. This has resulted in a stumbling and tripping Hazard on the edge of the path and in the resultant hole.

This has been here for approx a month, owner unknown and vermin was seen scurrying in and out early one morning.

Vehicle left on the side of the road, 26th May
The vehicle has been left at the side of the road for over two weeks. The local council have had to cut the grass around it. Other cars park near it making it hard to get vehicles through.
