Weed obstructed pathway, 4th July

A pedestrian footpath connects Temple Walk, Welton, to Holly Hill, Welton. It does not appear that, as in previous years, weedkiller has been used, in this location. and as a result, weeds, particularly stinging nettles are proliferating. The footpath is used constantly, including by children attending local schools. Two days ago, local council operatives, using strimmers, worked along both Temple Walk and Holly Hill but to my surprise did not clear this joining footpath. I would ask that this issue is addressed. Thank you, Ian Patchett
