Almost constant obstructions, 1st May
The house down the bottom is almost constantly obstructing the pavement. This isn't slight pavement parking but just can't be passed. They have vans, many cars and aside from their driveway they will park and block the pavement for anyone walking by. Never any way to walk down the road without crossing. A constant nuisance with this from the day they moved in. Nobody else in the area is happy about this. It's caused misery from day one.

Numerous nasty potholes, 16th April
Too many potholes to count on both sides of the road in the section around the crossing. So many hard too avoid hitting one in a car. They could well be lethal to anyone on a motor bike.

The road has severely deformed under the weight of traffic. There is now a valley for around 4 meters. It is a danger to car drivers and possible lethal to those on two wheels

Severe deformity in road, 4th February
The road surface is seriously deformed for some distance due to foundation of the road failing. This sort of defect is a major hazard. for anyone on two wheels and in particular scooter riders.
