A lorry is constantly parking on the pavement and next to a junction on a narrow road opposite Madley Church . It is inconsiderate, antisocial and downright dangerous. Vulnerable pedestrians e.g. People walking children to school and wheelchair users are being forced to walk in the middle of a narrow road. Cars coming out of a junction and cars going past the junction cannot see round this obstruction and there have already been "near misses". The issue has been present for over a week now

My 26 grid 392375 overgrown with vegetation, 15th June
This bridleway has been neglected for a number of years . It is completely overgrown and impassable. The vegetation needs to be cleared. It is an important route into Timberline woods. It has been reported for the last two years and no action has been taken. Maybe a Basic Payment Scheme deduction action by DEFRA ? There is total failure of cross compliance over many years.
