Large deep pothole., 4th April
Pothole present for past month or so, around at least 75mm deep and 200mm x 150mm size. Around .75 to 1m from verge causing traffic to move out across centre line and obviously dangerous to motorbikes and cyclists. I did not stop to photograph ...the road is far too busy with HGV for that to be safe.

This pothole has been there for approximately 6 weeks. It is very large and will do serious damage to a tyre. It is difficult to avoid if there is oncoming traffic.

Pothole because of a blocked drain, 20th November
B4521 the drain between The Slades and Ashen Coppice is blocked which results in flooding of the road and our entrance at Orchard View when it rains. It is also causing the tarmac to be lifted and a pothole is forming.

Huge pothole, 15th November
Huge pothole around 2 foot in diameter and very deep on the road forces you to go into the other lane, I hit it as I couldn't go around it as there was a lorry coming up, it needs to be sorted or there is going to be an accident! Its not far from the new Inn pub heading towards monmouth

Drain opposite Great Treaddow has sunk quite badly. It is just before a bend (heading away from St Owens Cross) and it forced you into the centre of the road to avoid it.

What 3 words location is wiggly.grinders.withdrew on the A49 by Pengethley farm shop. There is a public footpath and by the swing gate access there is the remains Of a previous road sign. The metal post is sticking out about 18 inches from the ground and is difficult to see but is a trip hazard and dangerous as it is rusted and sharp
