A lorry is repeatedly parking outside a school/nursery on double yellow lines. This is a narrow road, a bus route and a blind bend. The driver leaves it there from about 4.30pm causing problems for traffic and parent trying to collect their children. This has been going on since early March a few times a week.

Resident of Wrigglebrook Lane, tipping green waste on private land. There is livestock in the fields, we don’t know want is in the waste and it’s running into the brook causing water pollution.

Large amount of mud continually flowing out of the field and blocking the drains and the road. The road is impassable for most vehicles.

Blocked drains, 10th January
Either going north or south .. I have noticed that even on a normal raining day the road can become over whelmed with running water .. you can see where the drains are that they are full of detritus .. and the water just runs past them .. where the road cambers the water flow runs across the carrage way making it very hazardous for drivers

I could not pull into the layby as there were three car transporters dropping off and unloading vehicles for the nearby car showrooms. This has happened before. The unloading was unsafe and cars were stacked back to the entrance of the layby

The sign coming into village of Much Birch has ivy covering the 40mph and sign name of Much Birch. It needs clearing as it is the first 40mph before the pedestrian crossing.

Blocked drains, 12th November
All the drains between Wormelow, down the Callow hill to Grafton in are blocked and a river of water running down and across the carriageway causing cars to aqua plane at 60mph. Been an issue and getting worst for last 3 months.

Dangerously slippy surface, 16th July
The surface of this road has not been resurfaced for around 20 years, there have been multiple collisions of vehicles over that time, and recently the surface is so slippy that horses which ride on the road regularly are slipping over, causing the riders to require hospital treatment with 1 rider fracturing her pelvis, and myself today injuring my shoulder and needing hospital attendance.
