This is one of two (at least) padlocks on this council road. It even has a waymark on the gate post.
There was another padlock at the other end near the radio mast.
The cringe need sorting as there are some flooded holes with landholder vehicles (AS NO OTHER VEHICLES COULD POSSIBLY GET ONTO IT) having caused ruts.!

Padlocked gate on unclassified county road, 25th March
A new gate has appeared on this unsealed road. However it has been padlocked which is illegal as this is a public highway. Please can the council find out who padlocked it and get them to remove it. It is obstructing all public access.

The woods here are poorly mnamaged and the footpath is blocked by fallen trees across an ares of arounnd 200 metres. The line of the path needs to be cleared and way markers posts made visible.
