I am writing to urgently bring to your attention the issue of overgrown grass surrounding the approach to several roundabouts, including those at Kingsway, CSP, and Pyebush, near Beaconsfield. The high grass poses a serious danger to drivers approaching these roundabouts as it obstructs visibility of oncoming traffic.

Overgrown grass and weeds at junction, 15th May
Grass and weeds are extremely overgrown, causing a danger when pulling out at the junction. Unable to see small cars or motorcyclists when pulling out, very dangerous.

Side alley off of Post Office Lane. Opposite the building enterance to Signature House, 15th May
Uncollected rubbish which smells and is blown into the street. It appears some of it is from overflowing bins and some from uncollected rubbish (duvet, electric fan, etc)

After the double yellow lines stop on Post Office Lane, outside of Callingham Court, 15th May
Car park on both sides of the street. Blocking footpaths and disabled access (to Callingham Court).
It is also difficult to manouver due to space taken up by cars. You are forced to walk in the road. People tend to sit in cars with the engine on idling, creating a petrol smell in the air.

Silver vauxhall, 14th May
The vehicle is parked away from the pavement and this is a very narrow cul de sac so the refuge collecters will not be able to access the road.

Pothole towards the centre of the road, after turning left off the roundabout, 14th May
This pothole is a danger to motorcyclists, who could be thrown off their bike if they were to hit the hole just after turning left at the roundabout

Deep and dangerous pothole at edge of station sliproad, 14th May
There’s a really deep and dangerous pothole, located just at the junction of the station sliproad, when turning left out of the sliproad. It’s dangerous for cars, as they have to drive onto the opposite side of the road to avoid it, going into oncoming traffic as a result. Our car has recently had to have a replacement tyre fitted on the front left hand side, due to a bulge in the tyre, which we’re convinced is the result of having to drive over this pothole on a daily basis, when dropping off and picking up at the station twice a day. The hole is also extremely dangerous for pedestrians, who would break an ankle if they were to accidentally step into the hole, given that it is situated just at the edge of the pavement, adjoining the bridge pavement

Deep pothole ‘rut’ at roundabout junction, 14th May
There is a section of road that has a deep groove in it, just at the roundabout junction. Very dangerous for motorcyclists and cyclists, especially if their wheels got stuck in the grooved surface, as they’d be thrown off into oncoming traffic

Tree branches overhanging road. Encroaching into our property plot now, 14th May
Not trimmed in many years. Branch’s do fall on the road causing hazard. Now encroaching our property causing light issues. We like the trees. Please don’t cut them down or cut back too hard. But they are in red a general trim. Thank you.

Long grass between mini roundabout and slip road to Amersham road houses, 14th May
Means you cannot see cars on Amersham road combining off the mini roundabout on to Amersham road (driving towards Amersham from Beaconsfeild) There are many houses here, being the trees of Amersham road and it’s very hard to join Amersham road safely as you can’t see over the long grass looking up toward the round about. Grass bees to be cut between mini round about and Amersham road. Bramble bush’s also overgrown.

Overgrown Verges and Grass areas, 13th May
The grass verges from North Drive to The Old Bengal are severely overgrown .. So many weeds and Dandelions. The Green @ North Drive is ridiculously dense with 4 ft WEEDS. Whilst we support the promotion of Wild Flower areas , these are simply Very Tall weeds. An excuse not to cut the grass . We cannot walk on the grassy area , with or without our dogs. We pay our council tax for a service .. which we do not seem to be getting. I would appreciate your attention as this is an amenity for the neighbourhood .
