The following problems have been reported on Fix My Street within 2 miles of HP6 9TR:
Outside 12 Chestnut Lane, 16th May
Dog fouling at 20:33pm 14/5/24. Person apparently lives in new Rd and has 2 Red Setters (I'm told! I have no idea) This pavement is walked by very many children daily to the local schools. The culprit can be seen looking and ignoring the crime. I have a full CCTV video of the 3 mins involved

Pavement on White Lion Road next to the One Stop, 16th May
A large tree and bushes have been cut down but the branches, tree trunk etc have been left all over the pavement and have been there for nearly a week now. It's has made the passable pavement quite small especially with the schools nearby and lots of people passing with buggies and small children.

Road surface has failed, 16th May
The left hand lane heading up Stanley Hill has a failed road surface.

Overgrown hedge/trees and verge making access on pavement difficult, 16th May
There is a stretch from the 50 speed limit sign where the hedge/trees and verge are overgrown and this makes it difficult to walk safely along the pavement. The council have cut the grass verge on the 30mph side of the sign. This is a hazard not just because thge hedge has bramble in it and some branches are low but also because there is a patch after the 50-mph sign where there is a patch of mud that gets very slippy when wet. You can slip side ways and yes I have.

Gates going to Waterside Fishery, 15th May
Lots of rubbish getting g dumped. Glass bottles, baby bottles, food/sweet wrapping, cigarette packets, you name it everything can be found....

Machine 2 - 129 - not issuing tickets, 15th May
Machine not issuing tickets when inputting cash - this is a recurring problem, please see previous reports raised on FMS. Out of courtesy please put up a sign as a warning, so it transparently lets people know that the ticket will accept the cash but not issue a ticket and therefore they are not covered for parking. People can at least make the decision to not park there or pay using their card or via the Ringgo App...

Park place car park, 14th May
Saw 2 men in a white van drag mattress and fridge freezer etc from bushes behind the car park which are back gardens of houses in Grove Road. Located in car park

Paid 80p at the cash machine - it took the money but no ticket issued. Had already tried the card machine but it would only take the first 4 digits of the car registration - tried 3 times then went to the cash machine

Roundwood Road near park Place exit., 14th May
The road that was repaired some months ago now has deep holes and bollards to avoid the holes. The small stretch of road was not repaired correctly last time.

Macnies not wroking - unable to get a receipt - cash machine not working either, 14th May
Unable to obtain receipts BCC have informed that you have to email them with a form in order to be sent one. If cash machine worked and produced a ticket this would solve the problem.
