Amersham leisure centre, 4th May
All 3 machine now not working, Since Jan one machine permanently out of order and not fixed at the entrance to the car park and had a yellow bag over the machine . I have to park and walk a long way to machine at door centre and then walk back to the car. often the machine also in the corner has also not been working. I have a bad hip and fed up with the machines not being fixed ,I never take my handbag or phone as years ago had a locker broke into, when i went for a swim.I also would not pay the extra cost of using RINGO ( not good with IT)and using apps and dont have phone on me . As such a large car park i thinks 4 months TO GET THE MACHINES FIXED IS ENOUGH.I use to use the pay meter by the council offices but also door to the leisure centre not still not fixed for 5 months which was less far for me to walk. Trying to keep fit but the car parking causes stress every time i go to the centre twice a week, sick and tired of asking centre to get the door fixed so access from the road (Fire hazard as a main entrance out of action for 5 months) and fed up asking them to report car parking issue to the council. I have decided unless all the car parking machine fixed in the next 2 weeks i am going to Cancel my DD for my council tax and let you chase me for 5 months for the money.TAKE ACTION PLEASE. Many elderly people who i have spoken to who visit the centre to keep fit and not good with mobile phones feel we are being discriminated against.We just want to to the nearest machine to where we have parked and just pay,This will fall on death ears and in 2 weeks i can guarantee the council will not have got all 3 machines working . you can waste your time chasing me for the council tax .I look forward to your response Diana

Opposite 102 bois lane - tree leans to the side and to the road, 3rd May
We have previously been told this tree is dangerous and was due to be felled (one v near fell onto 104 Bois lane drive) in 2019 i reported a large branch fell down onto my drive in non windy summer weather you inspected and sent a report to say no action needed but would be re inspected in 3 years ie by 2022 has it been inspected if not can you pls do so the tree leans over - note this road leads to the primary school so is regulary used by young children and parents so potential risk to individuals as well as to property thank you

The road surface is very badly broken up and this has caused both of the drivers side tyres to blow out. This needs to be looked at urgently.

LR54XEZ - Abandoned Vehicle, 2nd May
The BMW LR54XEZ has been parked or abandoned on this road for the last few weeks. It’s turned around but not moved. There were yellow stickers on it previously but I don’t know what they said as they’ve been removed. The vehicle is blocking a 1 hour no return bay.

Oh Hollow Way Lane - more or less opposite St Leonards Rd, 2nd May
There are 2 very big potholes on the pathway in this location, these are near a private garage, thee have been reported numerous rime but are now at such a size that they are a hazard: Depth: 1 foot Width: 2 foot Length: 6-8ft, there is a sharp edge to them. Can you make contact with me if possible once on site.

Car Park Machines not working, 1st May
Car park machines on lower floors not working. Tried machine on floor 6 - this was out of order / tried machine on floor 10 and this did not accept coins as was blocked and would not accept the card payment. Had to catch a train so was unable to try any of the higher floors.

On blind bend near to Milk Hall Barns, 1st May
Bollard had been put in deep pothole full of water and has been left like this for at least 3 weeks, its very dangerous as on blind bend. It has already been reported and needs urgent attention before head on collision !!!

Road outside 20 Rose Drive, 1st May
Report Ref. 5861380. This was reported to you and acknowledged on 16 April. The pothole was marked with a white cross, presumably indicating that it was due for repair. This has not taken place as the white cross was washed off in the rain and the pothole has got worse with further gravel etc lying along the gutter and being sprayed onto our cars by passing vehicles.

Car parked blocking footpath and my driveway, 1st May
The car is blocking my driveway, but the bigger problem is that they are on the footpath. It would be impossible for a buggy or wheelchair to get past without going onto the road.

The bin is often overflowing, leading to foxes spreading the litter around the area. It would appear that a resident seems to be using the bin for household refuse as the bins are frequently filled with household waste bags.

Uneven pavement, 29th April
The pavement is uneven in front of St Michael and All Angels church. The caller had a bad fall this morning and was worried about the elderly who use the pavement a lot. Please look into this.
