Chapmans Crescent & Penn Avenue, 1st May
Some holes were filled yesterday but not all the marked ones - also some holes are not marked but are just as bad as the ones that were filled yesterday Outside No's 42 & 44 Chapman Crescent for example - holes have been marked up but not filled. As you turn into Penn Avenue off of Chartridge Lane there are unmarked craters. Will contractors be returning? Can the unmarked holes be filled please - suggests driving along Chapmans Crescent / Penn Avenue along to Chiltern Hills Academy - plenty of unmarked and marked holes

Road outside 20 Rose Drive, 1st May
Report Ref. 5861380. This was reported to you and acknowledged on 16 April. The pothole was marked with a white cross, presumably indicating that it was due for repair. This has not taken place as the white cross was washed off in the rain and the pothole has got worse with further gravel etc lying along the gutter and being sprayed onto our cars by passing vehicles.

Outside 157 White Hill, Chesham next to junction, 30th April
Double yellow lines have faded and are no longer clearly visible on the road, making it increasingly unsafe as parents drop off their children by parking on these lines, right by a junction and where many children cross this bit of the road to get into school.
I would also be grateful if you could make the lines more visible closer to my driveway, as I sometimes get blocked in.

Located in the parking bays directly to the front of 406, 29th April
Please note that this issue affect the length of Berkhampsted Road. There are screws that are being deposited in the dip between the kerb and the highway. I parked my car here last week and it resulted in my tire bursting. Please can I request street cleansing to come and sweep the road and add this route regularly to the sweeping as this appears to be ongoing where residents are having external insulation fitted to their houses.

Just down from the electricity sub-station entrance, 28th April
A sinkhole has opened up on the verge here. It is deep and looks big inside the hole. I took photos but didnt want to get too close. It is close to the road so has the potential to be dangerous. Might be related to the nearby drain that continuously overflows every time is rains and water flows rapidly down to the road. I think this needs to be looked at urgently.

Silver Jaguar abandoned on Preston Hill, 27th April
Vehicle remains here since I reported it on 8th April. It continues to block the pavement for children, prams/strollers and mobility scooters. It has continually affected access for refuse collection and the operatives have placed a notice on the windscreen requesting it is moved. As per previous report I suggest this vehicle has been dumped by a local car trader. I am led to believe it is not insured.
