There is continual flooding problems on Hempstead Lane. My property is now being damaged by cars driving onto my driveway entrance. I cannot safely exit my property. If an accident occurs I will be blaming HCC.

Flooding, 2nd January
There is serious flooding here because the drainage, which was only updated last year, is insufficient to cope with rainwater. Now the road is flood, and the pavements inaccessible. The poor people with houses here have had to put up flood measures.
