There are two blocked drains at this location.
Redbourn Road , Northbound towards A4147 / B487 , Prior to the roundabout, on the Eastern edge of the carriageway (What3Words Location : ///shapes.birds.safe) . Both drains are blocked and there is regular flooding here , First risk is to vehicles having a wave over them as they go through, second is to pedestrians on the footpath likely to be soaked.

Pothole at roundabout, 1st May
There is a pothole which is hit as you drive around the roundabout going from Shenley road to Redbourn road to Hemel or coming from Hemel on Redbourn road turning right to go to 3 Cherry Trees Lane. I have hit it a few times now (as its not always safe to try & avoid it with other cars on roundabout) luckily no damage yet, but time will tell unless it is fixed.

Caravan in middle of road, 30th April
This is an ongoing issue in our col-de-sac . Us residents are being blocked in our own street some days . If there was a serious issue where anyone needs a fire engine or ambulance in the evening when all residents are home there is no way they could get to the top end of the col-de-sac as there is only one way in and out .

Blocking path, 26th April
I'm disable and Halford block the path with cars they are fixing, a lot of path taken up by them, which means I have had near misses of being hit by lorry's, cars as I have to walk in road, I have asked them to stop putting the cars completely blocking path, the verbal abuse I got was frightening and threating I'm a 64 year old disabled women, and I can't cross the road as the other side is usually blocked.

Car constantly parked on double yellows, 18th April
This car is parked here on most days and is extremely dangerous as there are large lorries delivering and collecting constantly throughout the day, meaning it makes visibility difficult and access often compromised. Hence why this road has double yellow lines!
