A childs bicycle is in the ditch/water course about 150 yards down on the left hand side of the road as you come from the church heading towards the Phoenix Trail. A fellow walker told me it had been there at least a week already.

Church End and West Lane, Bledlow, 23rd April
The above roads have not been swept for well over a year. I have raised several ‘fixmystreet’ reports since 12/23 but these are all ignored and I never hear anything. I have called several times and tried to elevate but nothing is done.
There are no pavements, no lighting, no road markings, 30mph speed limit (but 20mph in Chinnor!!), stables in the village so many horses, residents walking to the pub, and Church, and Cricket Club, major Chilterns footpath is through the village, pedestrians are in and out of The Lyde Garden. Why am I not being taken seriously?

Horsenden Lane- just before public footpaths & Horsenden Manor. Commences just after tennis courts and continues to Bridlepaths, 22nd April
Road surface broken down. Pot holes on both sides of the road so cannot avoid either. Coverage is 2.5 feet - some are 1.5 inches deep Very difficult to pass walker, dog walkers, cyclists and horse riders using the lane..

About 20 metres from the turn from Church End on the Left hand side if coming from that direction., 15th April
There is a dead tree which looks loose and is leaning on another sickly looking tree which overhangs the road and is over the powerline.
This needs to be dealt with urgently particularly with the strong winds at the moment, to prevent anything collapsing on the road and powerlines.

2 large pot holes have occured along North Mill Road, 7th April
Pot holes x 2 are large and occur on opposite sides of the road. Pot holes have been there for some time, but are now getting deeper and larger. I will report other Pot hole on another form

On the corner of Bell Crescent just past the post box, 2nd April
There is a lot of hedge overgrowth as well as undergrowth covering the path at this location. You can't push a pram on this part.

Between pin and Perry Lane junction, 24th March
Between the dropped pin and the junction with Perry Lane, the road surface has failed on the Chinnor-bound side of the road. It feels very uneven by car, but cycling along this stretch you get shaken about to the extent that it's difficult to keep hold of the handle bars! I was hoping this was going to be fixed during the recent road closures, but alas it has not been touched. Please could a decent surface be applied to this stretch of road?

Junction of Summerleys Rd and B4009, 23rd March
Both directional lighted bollards are now broken at this junction - one has been damaged for a while and is missing entirely, the other is dented and leaning over and the light underneath is not working.

Grass verge outside 79 Summerleys Road, 22nd March
Thames Water has completed work to fit water meters at my neighbour's address, but have left the 'Road Closed' sign on the grass verge directly outside my property, which prevents tradespeople from parking there to carry out works on my private property. The sign has been there fore several days. I would like it removed.

B4009 summerleys road junction with B4009, 18th March
Roadworks have no warning signs as you approach from Princes Risborough via Summerleys Road and B4009 is blocked both ways at this junction. drivers are having to turn round in the road having driven half a mile to get there. Insufficient signage warning of roadworks.

2 potholes (within space of 10m) on left hand side of road as you head towards Chinnor,between skittle green and green lane area exits, within the Bledlow area

Road disintegration along a length of about 3m underneath bridge, 14th March
As you exit Longwick to go under railway bridge there is a series of potholes and road disintegration for a length of around 3m.
Level of disruption is making even Lorries move into oncoming traffic.

Fly tipping foot path off walnut tree lane, 14th March
The actual location is further down on the footpath. I tried to report on the rights of way system, but they rejected it and referred me to you. There is a shopping trolley, jerry can and other rubbish.
