Dog foul left, 27th April
There are 2 lots of dog foul left on the walkway that connects Station Road and Fairway. Both are in the middle of the walkway but one is left in a dog waste bag

A childs bicycle is in the ditch/water course about 150 yards down on the left hand side of the road as you come from the church heading towards the Phoenix Trail. A fellow walker told me it had been there at least a week already.

Pots holes and failed road surface on the junction, 23rd April
On the junction coming from woodway at the give way lines there are pot holes and a failed road surface. When trying to pull out the junction the pot holes are hard to avoid making it dangerous to pull out of the junction without going through them and risking damage.

Horsenden Lane- just before public footpaths & Horsenden Manor. Commences just after tennis courts and continues to Bridlepaths, 22nd April
Road surface broken down. Pot holes on both sides of the road so cannot avoid either. Coverage is 2.5 feet - some are 1.5 inches deep Very difficult to pass walker, dog walkers, cyclists and horse riders using the lane..

In the layby o/s Apple trees, Little Lane., 19th April
The tree branch has come down and is currently leaning on the telephone wire, partially into the road. The cars are making their way around but we are worried it will come down more or make further damage. Please could this be looked into? Thank you.

Gutter flooding between bridges, causing pavement to be unpassable., 17th April
The entire gutter between the northern bridge and the old Sumitomo site (about 40m) is constantly flooded, causing the pavement and footpath to be unpassable because of splash and spray from passing vehicles. Bicycles cannot use the road because of this, and I cannot use the footpath to take my infant daughter to nursery - I am forced to drive. Given this is the only walking route into town, it’s unacceptable that the pathway is unusable.

Failure to repair, 16th April
This problem was reported July 2023. Still not fixed and much worse . The pothole will cause a lot of damage to vehicles entering or leaving the carpark. This problem has also been reported to your carpark ticket inspector recently who said he would follow up on the complaint. That doesn’t appear to have happened either ???? I understood the revenue from car parks was to maintain them …… or is this not the case ????????

Following the building of the new house and lots of machinery etc, the footpath is in very poor condition and no longer is a safe walking surface.

Trees Outstanding Since Feb, 15th April
Was expecting trees to be reduced as branches still falling off and dangerous, had confirmation that work was still awaiting TPO sign off back in mid February. Had phone call in 1st Week in march but branches still coming down and cars having to avoid them as children. Dangerous Accident waiting to happen!

Cycle path between Lee Rd and Shootacre, 10th April
This new cycle path replaced a degraded footpath 2 or 3 years ago. In my opinion it was not a good job by the contractors. There are so many places where the weeds are growing through and pushing up the tarmac. I stumbled over one of these places of raised tarmac recently so it is not particularly safe either. The verges are encroaching by at lest a foot in many places. A nice wide cycle path is already being compromised. It needs clearing and sweeping. It doesn't seem to make sense spending a lot of money on a great asset which I used by so many people, only to let it defoliate so rapidly. I walked it a few days ago, there are a few areas where there is broken glass, not good for cyclists, pedestrians or dogs.
